Protein, carbohydrates, lipids and so on..
Of course, you probably already know that it's the protein that will allow you to build muscle mass. You also know very well that it's carbohydrates who will allowing you to have the energy to lift heavy and buid that muscle mass and adds to that a good sources of lipids for the fonction of your body cells and the production of your hormones. So, you have to think like that:
- Protein = Muscle
- Carbohydrates = Energy
- Lipids = Hormones
- Protein = 60%
- Carbohydrates = 30%
- Lipids = 20%
